Dude, the choke bolt + revive combo is so nasty. Blasting people with chokes is so damn strong, and with heals on the side? Some of the best utility in one package in the whole game hands down. Also, yall know Necro used to be 'unlimited' and goes through walls, right? Revive bolts arent a new thing, its an old concecpt remixed.
Feel like if you're playing duo's or trio's there's absolutely 0 reason to take anything but revive bolts. Just the option of being able to instantly revive someone from a range has won me and my friends so many fights its unbelievable
I'm not a fan of revive bolts. The game is hard enough as is playing with randoms due to the lack of private voip. This mechanic only makes it easier for established groups with discord to trample on randoms. Yet another mechanic which tilts the game in an unbalanced direction. Playing 6 stars with randoms is now more hassle than it's worth.
@@dtm20004 The difference is with discord you can let your teammates know that your body is safe to revive or if the enemy are covering your body. You can't do this with randoms. It makes a big difference.
I am really not happy with these bolts. They make the game faster, downing an enemy hunter has less impact, and they are dirt cheap given the advantage they can provide. Let's see where they take them.
I personally dont mind them on the hand crossbow since it has major downsides to bring it but I hope we will never see other revive ammo types for actual weapons
if we count 1 slot as 25% power, 4 slots is 100% firepower. gunrunner makes it 150%. 450% firepower vs 225% firepower, if u lose its on u and ur just searching for something to blame. u sure dont complain when u win cuz enemies had garbage guns (or gun should I say?)

I only play randoms and I use it the same way?? So long as you dont instantly pick up your phone and are ready to be revived, anyone can do the same.
