Reduce the SKUs to 10, increase production volume, reduce the COGS, and use her profit to scale up with Meta ads and TikTok ads. Davie got a fantastic deal, he can scale this up to 1 mn/ month like in 3 month time.
They don't need to because if the business is doing good then of course they will put in more money.
