Wow, this is actually amazing. I have some scans of comics and artwork dating back 30yrs and older from an Art club. I can actually use this to remaster all that work and preserve it. Thanks a lot !

@@craftystax Will you be doing more videos of Remastered Art, I am very interested in how you scan some of this and possibly paint them again. Thanks for your work .

Hi, which video do you recommend to a beginner that wants to make money but don’t know how or where to start? Can you help. I know once I have it down I can take off with using your tutorials. You have the best so far. What would it cost also to get started.

If you are looking to sell digital files, I would recommend the masterclass: th-cam.com/video/LjIDlqWKowY/w-d-xo.html - if you sell on Etsy it's like 20 cents US for a listing. Hope that helps!

You can also use an object like a rectangle and cut a straight line and remove part of the picture with it....

How important are the vectors/nodes and the placement of them once an image is complete? I want to sell SVG and PNG but I worry about the end user not being able to use the file correctly, i.e. Cricut or POD. Also, do you have a video that explains how to combine layers of an image in inkscape so that it is one vector. I tried using Path>Union and it turned my image into a one color blob lol. Thanks for the great tutorials! I have learned so much from you.

Yes good questions - the more nodes, the longer it will take for a cutting machine to work. So you want as few nodes as possible (while still looking good). I actually don't have a video on combining vectors but that is a great idea, let me see what I can whip up.

Is there anything similar to inkscape?
I spent a whole day trying to download it but my pc doesn’t allow me and I have tried to change the settings 1000 times…

I have heard Gimp is pretty good although I have not used it very much. Affinity Designer is a vector program but it does not have the "trace bitmap" feature. What sort of error are you getting on your PC when trying to download?

@@craftystax the pc says that I cannot download it because it does not belong to Microsoft and that I need to change my settings manually but I have tried and it is very difficult for me.
I will try GIMP, thank you very much.
