Becoming a doctor is no easy task, and not exactly a ‘get rich quick’ scheme. I think you should think the impact of what you put on the internet.
I had great results with Hifu/Ultherapy. Tightening my face immediately on the day and continued to improve for 3 months. I've had full face & neck for the second time 12 months later. Just having 3 microneedling sessions to help surface texture over Australian winter.
You’re so straight up! If you want a tightening effect on your skin, use a retinol or prescription tretinoin. Other than that, you need to get work done. This is so honest. I think a lot of people just want to hope that all of those gimmicky skin tightening products will work. Who wants to go under the knife and spend that kind of money?! Of course you will if you want the results that badly, but the thought of just applying a product is infinitely easier.
I have used Retin A for years. I am 73 and look 15 yrs younger. I used it every other night for a year on my face , saw some real change after 6mos, after a year, I went to every night for a year and great results. Based on another Dr Dray video I cut back to every other night again to maintain how I look. I then added my neck and the backs of my hands after 3 mos. am starting to see results there too after 3 mos.

Ultrasound therapy causes fat loss in the face and leave the face more sagging and more aged. Retinol is great for fine lines, pigmentation issues and of course for acne. This may surprise but Retinol was tested in very large clinical studies (for FDA approval) and was shown NOT to improve "laxity." Laxity is just another word for weak, saggy skin.
This is exactly what she said about tretinoin, not retinol. Only tretinoin FDA approved as a medication. It does improve top layers of the skin, not fascia .
thread lift is horrible and painful if done incorrectly near the facial nerve. I was left in pain for years after that procedure. I wouldn't invest in anything other than a face lift and maybe laser resurfacing.

Let’s say you’re in your late 20’s like me, how can I prevent saggy skin in the body? I already have prescription tretinoin for the face/neck. I always wondered how do we prevent premature aging or sagging elsewhere?
Hi Dr. Dray I just wanted to say I really enjoy your videos they have been so helpful especially since I have suddenly suffered with mask acne and now have dark spots where the pimple was which is really taking a toll on my confidence.
Well, middle aged woman & 30% of us have some sort of autoimmune issues, making collagen with Ultherapy WIDELY VARIES! Ultherapy in So. Cal.8 years ago, was $4,000 for lower face
I just went through a weight loss journey, I am now covered with saggy skin, I am hoping I can fix it with exercise. Is it possible to get rid of them one day?
Sadly exercise will not help sagged skin. It was stretched out for so long will not go back. Only time it will go back some what is stretched skin from pregnancy since it’s for 9 months .
Love the laser & other treatments, but I'm surprised you did not emphasize (more) the short-term nature of the results of ALL of them. If you like the results - and who wouldn't - you end up shelling out a decent amount of money regularly to keep the look and a significant chunk over time.
Jane, I had to comment and say your so right🌞I think it’s about learning how to change things naturally, so that they can be long term. It is about teaching people to think differently. Like working out, it takes time but the results are lasting in most cases. I teach natural beauty Vs the quick fix. But it’s not for everyone🍑Lisa Peaches Skin Care
I was also surprised that the possible side effects and dangers from when it’s done incorrectly were not mentioned either. There can be very significant damage if the procedure is not 100% successful.
@@hannazherdetski9887 I agree. I see much more damage than good. Natural does work and so many people want a quick fix and they end up doing causing more issues. 🙌🏻🍑Lisa Peaches Skin Care
Topical amino acid. It will go through all layers of skin and a (few) studies have shown that since our own body makes it. All though this is anecdotal evidence, I used it and it basically gave me a mini facelift. I'm 23. They are studying amino acids because it may be connected to reverse aging because as we age we produce less of this which causes signs of aging.
Thank you, Dr. Dray, again for addressing issues we all have concerns about. Please, please, make a video comparing and contrasting procedures for rosacea: IPL vs. IDL, and Kleresca. I dread PIH. And if searching for the state of the art new machine, i.e. Primera, is worthwhile vs. searching for the best practitioner. I'd really appreciate this video, since I have lots of doubts.
The reason of early saggy skin is if u put cosmetics at early age and do it almost everyday.. look at your face compared to a woman who never use make up.. u will loook way older earlier than her..
I wish I could afford the ultrasound therapy for my mom. She has always been such a beautiful woman, but a series of surgeries cost her to age rapidly, especially when her adrenal glands burst in the hospital a few years ago😔
I think it would be good in this video if she showed photos of what she is talking about with font on the bottom stating what the different treatments are
@VegAnn It can occur if not done by a board-certified dermatologist that’s fellowship trained in lasers and cosmetic procedures. For the face, choose the best clinician that will use the right device for your skin to achieve your goals, and to do so safely & effectively. Do not go with the cheapest option.
@@jt8142 it can happen even when done by certified people. I am part of a facebook group and there are many who have lost volume and now have sagging skin and hollows including me

beverly ponce autophagy is what the process is called.
@@babygirl-oz3cg One Meal A Day, with intermitent fasting. Eating withing 6 hour time frame for most, sometimes longer.
What is dry fasting? Thank you.
Dangerous stuff. Do not do this.
Great info. Your videos are excellent! I had my first Pixel RF this week. I will have 3 more done and then thread lifts. I am 75 years old and haven't had any procedures or fillers done in the past. My goal is to refresh my saggy face.
Let’s say you’re in your late 20’s like me, how can I prevent saggy skin in the body? I already have prescription tretinoin for the face/neck. I always wondered how do we prevent premature aging or sagging elsewhere?
Hi Doctor Dray, just wondered what your opinion is of Profhilo?
Most needed video for my old skin. Thank you so very much!! You are the only person I trust.
Hi :) What’s your thoughts on using dermal rollers for tightening loose skin?
The threading if they have a special you can get for 1900 I've seen. My cousin got it. But I heard it only lasts 3 yrs
Learning about the minimally invasive procedures was really interesting! Thanks for all you do, Dr. Dray!
Try HIFU or Ulttherapy or RF or Myolift. HIFU works within 3 months or if under 40 same week.
Thank you for your authenticate and timely review! So grateful for your expertise! Your skin is a true testament to what works! Thank you 🙂
Agreed.
What is the best procedure you would recommend for wrinkles
Cal.8 years ago, was $4,000 for lower face
dr dray u are such a queen! thank you for doing what you do youre the best.
thanks for watching :)
You are so pure and honest!
I just went through a weight loss journey, I am now covered with saggy skin, I am hoping I can fix it with exercise. Is it possible to get rid of them one day?
Laura Wong Unfortunately, exercise won’t make saggy skin go away.
Exercise will tone your body, making it more lean. But won’t tighten loose skin.
Sadly exercise will not help sagged skin. It was stretched out for so long will not go back. Only time it will go back some what is stretched skin from pregnancy since it’s for 9 months .
It depends on how old you are. The younger you are the more elasticity your skin has.
@@habanero6332 Dr STEN EKBERG here on TH-cam has ultimate nutrition and fasting information. You can learn the best way to fast, etc.
What about chemical peels, will they help sagging skin?
Thank you, Dr. Dray! If you’re ever up for it, would love to see some more sunscreen videos.
Have you looked through all of the ones she already has?
d b - Yes, which is why I said “some more.”
Okay. I've no doubt you will get your wish, lol.
What else is there to know? Use sunscreen 🤷🤷🤷🤷
@@marjoriecentore9072 I do, Marjorie. I like that she reviews the wear, finish and feel. Good grief.
Other suggestion. People are taking collegN instead of drinking bone broth.
Love the laser & other treatments, but I'm surprised you did not emphasize (more) the short-term nature of the results of ALL of them. If you like the results - and who wouldn't - you end up shelling out a decent amount of money regularly to keep the look and a significant chunk over time.
Jane,
I had to comment and say your so right🌞I think it’s about learning how to change things naturally, so that they can be long term.
@@hannazherdetski9887
I agree. I see much more damage than good. Natural does work and so many people want a quick fix and they end up doing causing more issues. 🙌🏻🍑Lisa Peaches Skin Care
The laser treatment I got is “laser resurfacing”. Two weeks of downtime, each time!
What do you think about the AM Lactin lotion? Would that help your skin
Dr Dray for 1 million subscribers...we are rooting you on ...

Which Jawline filler is safe and lasts the longest? I'm sure you know. I'm a fan of yours.
thank you! my neck needed this
Did you try anything for it that helped?
please make e video on collagen supplement. does it really help ?
I see Dr. DRAY i click!! Appreciate everything you do.. much love and respect all the way from Yakima Washington 509
i get ultherapy every year and have been applying tretinoin to prevent myself from aging and it works.
I’ve heard radiofrequency & lasers can cause facial fat loss & volume loss as a result.. can you speak about this?? Thanks, Dr. Dray!!
Yes I heard this too. I’m actually scared of them now. I don’t want to risk that!
The reason of early saggy skin is if u put cosmetics at early age and do it almost everyday.. look at your face compared to a woman who never use make up.. u will loook way older earlier than her..
Namaste, Dr. Dray. How are you today? 💙💙
All good! Happy Friday!
I wish I could afford the ultrasound therapy for my mom. She has always been such a beautiful woman, but a series of surgeries cost her to age rapidly, especially when her adrenal glands burst in the hospital a few years ago😔
Hi Dr.Dray would you recommend any at home devices to help with sagging skin near the mouth area. Thank you
Check out Nuface. Hot and Flashy has reviews. It's a Micro Current device.😉
same, i am also suffering with that
@@prayonkreutz2398 Nuface is a micro current device, not radio frequency.
I think it would be good in this video if she showed photos of what she is talking about with font on the bottom stating what the different treatments are
I read that radio frequency treatment can cause volume loss in the face
@VegAnn It can occur if not done by a board-certified dermatologist that’s fellowship trained in lasers and cosmetic procedures. For the face, choose the best clinician that will use the right device for your skin to achieve your goals, and to do so safely & effectively. Do not go with the cheapest option.
@@jt8142 it can happen even when done by certified people. I am part of a facebook group and there are many who have lost volume and now have sagging skin and hollows including me
Cool sculpting can give bad results I heard. I’d like to know the down sides if something goes wrong.
Any thoughts on topical scuplla products I see many estheticians promoting?
Thank you for this informative video! Is there any evidence that topical DMAE helps sagging skin?
Doctor, i request you to advice a morning and evening skin care for oily , lightly pigmented skin with early signs of wrinkle...❤❤
Yes DR Gray , I would also request you to do videos AM/PM routine for Asian skin - (oily/combination- lightly pigmented(spots discolouration) with early signs of wrinkle and saggy skin(especially around neck) - AM - what moisturiser to use and for night too- full routine pls
She's just so pretty!😍
Thanks for the information Dr. Dray! Just wondering about the frequency, usually how often does one need to repeat the RF, ultrasound and laser treatments, based on how quickly one should do that kind of cellular damage to your skin? Is this a monthly or three monthly treatment cycle?
