Falcone had the batarang still lodged in his back, after being knocked back against the table and thrown against the tv screens, that it probably would've been pushed in a little deeper and caused a fatal injury or something. Plus smashing him against the rod and impaling him like that was was just sick and… O_O Sorry to get technical but it's just that it's funny how Batman can actually have a "no-kill code" yet he would gamble his risk of potentially breaking his "no-kill code".
