WOW!! Maggie, you are my DIY hero!!! You can copy anything! I bought some of those "cracked windows" last year cuz I saw a maker use it, and I loved it! I didn't think I could make some. But yours came out fantastic!!! They are perfect matches. You always amaze me!!! These came out so cute! I didn't realize they were outlined in white. That makes a big difference! I had NO IDEA how to use them either! I'm going to do these for sure!!! TFS!! Austin TX USA You are the best!!!
You are so sweet Barbara! Thank you so much for your kind words. So glad you enjoyed this super easy project. They are so simple to make. Thanks for watching
Hi Maggie, I’m new to your channel. Thanks for all the great videos and shares. Just a hint, if you turn your paper over when you you do the second die cut it will come out symmetrical with the first cut. ❣️
Now that has to be the coolest thing I've ever seen! It looks SO real! I am not sure I'll ever do it, but man, it looks fantastic. They are all so cute. Thanks for sharing this!
Hi Maggie. I cannot believe how talented you are. You are so good at figuring out how to DYI and how to use all of the stuff that is out there. Every single thing you do is perfection. You are truly an artist! 💜
You are always so very kind Barbara. I'm really glad that you are enjoying my projects. This one was an easy one to figure out. Thanks so much for always being so sweet!
Just an fyi - your transparency film for copiers can also be used for (plastic powder) embossing since it takes same heat for a copier as that of a laser printer and both use heat to melt toner. I use to program and back in the day(late 80’s) a small box of the high heat film for a laser printer was $50 a small box. I still have about 10 boxes I couldn’t toss
Thanks Sue, I've actually used embossing powder on my transparency film for one of my other projects I shared here. I love the look of it. Thanks for watching
For the watch pieces, could you cut the back from the back side of the paper to get a mirror of the front? Haven't worked with that die yet but that seems like it could work. Like the idea of of making your own shattered glass though, need to see if I have that kind of marker.
Yes you can definitely cut the back with a metallic paper to give it the mirror look. I just chose to do clear on both sides. Glad you enjoyed this project. Thanks for watching
Hi Isabel. Thank you so much. Do you mean the chipboard paper dolls? I do have them and I've used them in my shadow box video. th-cam.com/video/ofV4rYOaaTo/w-d-xo.html
What a great faux look!! You could also make a mirror (oval, round, square) by adding a piece of mirrored card stock in the back. I think would look good for a Halloween piece. How are you doing on the journal you were making for someone?😊
To get your diecuts to match when making a front, like your pocket watch, cut one piece on the green side and reverse your paper and cut the back piece on the yellow side. Then when you turn back piece over, they will match exactly. Hope that make sense. Great idea for the broken glass. Definitely going to try it.
That's a great idea too Melissa! Thanks for asking about the journal. I actually have a couple videos lined up ready to go. You'll see an update on it soon.
Hi Samantha, I only have a video on how to decorate them not to attach them. Here is the video in case you're interested: th-cam.com/video/4cMjkHb-Iiw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=rFPiLqALSDXtjVRK I hope this helps. Thanks for watching
I love it and i like that you use images of ethnic orgins . you could have also made the back solid instead of 2 sided. but I love your creativity thank you.

Hi Maggie, love all your conversation and videos. I want to know if you have the thicker dolls ? And how do you use them would you do a video on them.
Hi Isabel. Thank you so much. Do you mean the chipboard paper dolls? I do have them and I've used them in my shadow box video.

I was thinking the same!! I have aluminum tape to try out on back! Cool idea!!

Hi Joyce, no I live near a hospital, so sirens are always blaring by. Thanks for watching :)
Do you have a video on loop kilt pins? How to attach to a journal?
Hi Samantha, I only have a video on how to decorate them not to attach them. Here is the video in case you're interested: th-cam.com/video/4cMjkHb-Iiw/w-d-xo.htmlsi=rFPiLqALSDXtjVRK

TOOT TOOT! 😂 ❤
Thanks for Tooting for me!! LOL!
Mirroring for the watch. Can't you simply put one sheet of paper facing down and one facing up then cut.
That probably would work out better than what I did. Thanks Sherlene
