You have some beautiful fall decor. It’s way too soon for me. Here in the northeast we have long cold fall and winters. I need to have summer and bright light plus long days. It’s been near 100 most of July kids don’t go back to school until after Labor Day
I'm from the northeast too and while our winters are long, I find fall tends to go by too quick, in terms of the weather

Aug 1st is my Fall decor start too! Aug, Sept, Oct & Nov are my "Orange" months. I love putting the effort in to decorate for Fall starting in Aug because it can be enjoyed through Thanksgiving. Love the Beautiful transformation in your home and the joy it creates. Thank you!

I love the fall colors so much. I usually try to hold out until September, but usually I am done by August 15th (my birthday), and I have it up until the last weekend in November.

It's too early for me to decorate for fall.the weather is 40 degrees but fall and winter are my favourite season and home is so beautiful during those seasons
This makes my heart so happy 🍁🍂 I CANNOT wait for fall! My birthday is Aug 13th and my husband always gets my fall decor out from the attic and lets me go crazy with decorating the house. It’s my favorite birthday tradition ☺️

My fall decorating is layered; September I start with basic fall decor, October I had touches of Halloween, then in November I will add some Thanksgiving into the decor. Your home is beautiful and you give me so much inspiration. Where I don’t have a Victorian home, we have a very large traditional home that has “all” the finishes with tons of character, so very relatable! Thank you!

Since my kids were little we have been going to the u-pick farm to harvest veggies, usually end of August. This is when I start fall decorating. My kids are now adults 3 of them still living at home but always enjoy our fall traditions like harvest season, apple picking, pumpkin farm. We live in the Midwest. Your home is beautiful and so is your choice of decore and love the recipes they look so yummy!

Beautiful fall decor. I live in New England and it still feels like summer here midd 80's. My 3 kids go back to school August 30 and we normally start decorating fall after September 1st. We love fall season, all the spices, corn mazes, hiking we can't wait.

Early Fall Decorating - I LOVE this concept! I love Summer, but towards the end, like now, I begin to think about how I'm going to decorate for Fall, I'm not mentally ready to decorate fully, so putting up some items here and there is a great way to ease our homes into the season, and get the best selection, so thank you for this idea!

Lauren, I have been looking forward to your Autumnal "Decorate With Me" videos so very much! As I settled in this morning to watch your video I lit a Pumpkin Spice candle, safely placed, and sipped a WaWa Salted Caramel Mocha with extra vanilla, as this was as close to Fall coffee as I could get at the moment. Your video was thrice as much looked forward to this year as it provided a cozy normalcy that I truly needed as my family is currently displaced. Though we are in said situation, I still decorated our van's dashboard and rearview mirror to welcome in the Autumn! (Photos over on IG) One must find joy and happiness where they can in order to boost positivity and morale. Anyway, I just finished your video and loved it as much as I always do! I might watch some of your older Fall decor videos to keep that cozy feeling going a bit longer. Thank you so much for sharing Lauren! Living on the Gulf coast, we really don’t have much of a fall. August 1st is when the pull for me to decorate starts and while it may be in the high 90’s with tons of humidity I need the brain reset. Your fall decor no matter the year is wonderful inspiration.

Down here in Australia we are the complete opposite. We are finishing Winter and heading into Spring and then Christmas! Halloween is getting bigger each year down here. In fact last year I started a new tradition with my grandchildren and they helped me set up a “Spooky Afternoon Tea” and we invited some neighbours children. It was a lot of fun decorating and cooking for it. The kids loved dressing up and playing some games. Lots of great memories being made ❤️
