I remember when I was young the local pool had a snack bar near which was a sign saying "don't swim for 30 minutes after eating." I thought it was a law, or at least a rule of that pool. I didn't question "why." I assumed you'd be ejected if you didn't follow that instructions. I was also scrupulous about sitting in my mother's shopping cart exactly as it was depicted in the graphic on the cart, because we'd be thrown out of the store otherwise.
"Like a bring your own food wedding?" --- suddenly Lee backtracks from what was a very plausible reason to be taking a pie to a wedding, and invents an unlikely story about children being picky eaters. Me, as a country girl whose mother often volunteered to help coordinate potluck for big events: "Isn't it fairly common for guests to bring food to a country wedding?"
I don't think they've ever gone more than 3-4 consecutive series without having one of the This Is My guests being associated with at least one of them, Lee or David. Remember, it still doesn't amount to a lot. There's only 8 different "TIM" guests per series (since ep9 is always just regular rounds), and those are split evenly. So there's only 4 chances each run for it to be David and Lee, and there's always 2 additional people to possibly account for every time.
Ummm... I was chased by an entire herd of cows...twice...at two separate locations. One of those times, they continued to chase me after I'd jumped into the back of the work truck. It was like fucking Jurassic Park.
