If the plants are seed grown, more time will be required for fruiting. Grafted plants generally start fruiting within 1 or 2 years. I suggest to use organic fertilizers for fruits and vegetables. You can find many videos on organic fertilizers at my channel.

सर , प्लान्ट मे मल्चीग पर एक वीडियो बनाये । दरअसल अभी तक यह समझ नहीं आया की मल्चीग के बाद प्लान्ट में सुखी खाद, तरल खाद, रोज मर्रा में पानी कैसे दिया जाय पानी देने पर तो मल्च गीला हो जायगा। मैंने एक फिर राइस हस्क से गमले में मल्चीग किया उसके बाद पौध को पानी दिया तो हस्क थोड़े समय में मीट्ठी में समागया मीट्टी में बहोत जादा हस्क हो गया । कृपया सबकुछ स्पष्ट करे ।

Allamanda is not tolerant to cold weather. It grows well in either tropical or subtropical weather. It dropis leaves during winter and stay dormant. However, a polyhouse might solve this problem.

Don't expect immediate results in case of plants. It takes time.

Either the soil is alkaline or has less nutrients. Add some nitrogen rich fertilizer and ensure that the soil is not soggy.
