Trans Air is always the best exhaust fan of India! Because it has a robust build quality and high performance motor for better air delivery. But the TAs in Solan are worst quality because the build quality is cheap and the winding quality is extremely poor and can get burned out easily. So it's better to buy Trans Air from some other city in India and not Solan where the motor's winding can survive for longer without burnout as soon as you put a powerful mfd capacitor in it.
