FACT #1: This shot is the release of Storm Drainage Water [not actual sewage line] BUT all of the waste from homeless camps is being discharged into the LA City Storm Drain system [illegally] and that's what's causing the discolored polluted water to discharge into the ocean. FACT #2: The Federal Government [EPA] and California EPA have passed very strict rules for all landowners [public and private] that effect large penalties for any pollution into the storm drainage system [the Federal Law is $ called NPDES: National Pollution Discharge Elimination System]. Construction companies/private property owners can be fined upwards of $10k+/Day for these violations. BUT here in California, as your channel has gloriously exposed, the homeless get a "free pass" and break these laws [which are vigorously enforced on the rest of us without exception] to pollute the public waters with impunity. FUN FACT #3: The City of Malibu has NO SEWAGE system because they refuse to connect to public sewer lines. The end effect is Malibu is ENTIRELY on SEPTIC System. ALL of the Malibu Sewage flows through ground water DIRECTLY INTO THE OCEAN. Did you ever wonder why the lawn is so green at Pepperdine? GREAT WORK BTW! Keep it rolling :)

Well there are a lot of fish and mammals out there using the ocean as a restroom too. Then you add in our industrial pollution and Japan's radioactive runoff from Fukushima.
Hyperian doesnt dump on the shore line. It treats sewage and AFTER the water has been recycled it is pumped far out into the ocean. The water dumped far out in the ocean is the same water they use to water grass with.
Do you understand how the water treatment process works. It’s not raw sewerage. I worked for three summers at the terminal island waste water treatment plant. No raw sewage ever left the plant. Only treated water. All the solids are removed and mixed with other stuff to make fertilizer. Get your story straight.
