    Well done, we were there in 2019 but only taxied up to Ushguli. And yes I wish I was your age and could do that walk or even more.🙂🙂

    Great video u shared. The beauty of ushguli would have been spending the night there and hiking from ushguli to the glacier, that would be my personal recommendation but I bet after 4 days of non stop hiking, u might be exhausted. Congrats on your amazing trip

    Thank you for the video! Do you know if there is any chance to skip river crossing? I am going in autumn and afraid it will be too cold...

      Hi Inna, thanks for watching! Sorry for the late reply, we were up in the mountains again! I would take the horse if you are at all worried about the cold or crossing. It’s a little bit pricey but you can arrange it through the guesthouse where you will probably get a better price! Hope that helps.

    If you’re still in Georgia, you should consider visiting Tusheti! The views are not quite as dramatic but it’s still very beautiful

    Hi, this will be my first hiking in my life and I need your help to answer my question? When I start my hiking with my backbag only, where I can leave my travel bag that has mt clothes and other staff that I bring them with me from my original country?

    Hi, How is the weather in the evening in these areas? I mean Mestia and its environs.
    Is it necessary to wear heavy clothes at sunset or in the late hours of the night?

    • @thehikingexplorers2135
      @thehikingexplorers2135  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, it wasn’t cold at all really. We quite often had storms coming through in the late afternoon/evening that didn’t last long though. So definitely bring a waterproof jacket!

    • @thehikingexplorers2135
      @thehikingexplorers2135  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hi, you can absolutely do this yourself. It’s very straightforward and lots of guest houses in the towns! Maps.me is a useful app for trekking as you can download the area to use offline and it has the hiking paths on it :) good luck!
