This arm pain is basically called frozen shoulder my mother had the same problem and now my father is having this pain on both the arms
I'll suggest you to go for checkup and have therapy otherwise it will get even harder

Hi Jyoti..... A wonderful warm vlog of you and kamal after a long while. I just want to suggest you to see a doctor regarding your arm pain. It can be frozen shoulder. It is a very common disease. However, needs physiotherapy and exercise to recover. Please don't ignore.
I started watching this vlog when you posted it 5 days back and had to leave it midway because I was constantly caught up with something or the other and I absolutely can’t watch your vlog in the passing , I have to be fully present ☺️
