It's too costly in cities. In rural areas, there's a shortage of workers, equipment, and supplies. Even if you attempt construction in rural areas, you'll need to provide food and accommodation for workers, and transport supplies and equipment from distant cities. All these factors will increase the overall cost.

One thing that designers don’t look into is that main door shud never fall into the living room. Either a foyer shud be there in this case the frame with pots should have been on the opposite site for privacy. Bathrooms should never have dark tiles. Hope the mist can be operated with remote. Shud not be on forever.
