These instructions describe a possible emergency operation for a pop-up roof that can no longer be opened or closed (Error 1000), as well as the conversion (modification) for a plug-in emergency cable. It also describes replacing the limit switches, which is the cause in most cases. The repair and modification was carried out on a VW Camper California T5.
