My relationship hit a rough patch a few days back where we were constantly arguing because we were both stressed ove our final exams but soon I did some self reflection and started doing things that give me happiness, started focusing on myself etc and sort of not brood over little things that do not hold much value in my life. Then I found this guided meditation and the thing that I really like about it that it has self love affirmations which make me feel better about myself and I guess it is that positive feeling which had made things better for me and my boyfriend. He has begun to text me more frequently and also randomly calls me in the middle if the day to give me updates whenever he takes a break from studying. I've also started seeing a lot of angel numbers particularly 1111 and I think it's a sign that things are already and will get better. My relationship hit a rough patch a few days back where we were constantly arguing because we were both stressed ove our final exams but soon I did some self reflection and started doing things that give me happiness, started focusing on myself etc and sort of not brood over little things that do not hold much value in my life. Then I found this guided meditation and the thing that I really like about it that it has self love affirmations which make me feel better about myself and I guess it is that positive feeling which had made things better for me and my boyfriend. He has begun to text me more frequently and also randomly calls me in the middle if the day to give me updates whenever he takes a break from studying. I've also started seeing a lot of angel numbers particularly 1111 and I think it's a sign that things are already and will get better. So yes believe in change and it will happen but also remember to engage yourself in activities that me you feel better.
