5 pcs of toast.
Tikki masala ingredients.
250 gram boil potatos.
½ capsicum.
½ carrot.
½ boil green peas.
Coriander leaves.
½ turmeric powder.
½ chat masala.
½ pizza spice.
As per taste salt.
2 tbsp.toast powder.
1 tbsp.rosted jeera powder.
1 tbsp.green chilli paste.
Green chutney ingredients.
50 gram coriander leaves.
1 inch ginger.
Some mint leaves.
As per taste salt.
As per taste sugar.
3 green chilli.
1 tbsp.rosted jeera.
Water.
Tikki dip water ingredients.
2 tbsp.maida.
1 tbsp. pizza spice.
As per taste salt.
½ glass water.
Ingredients for vegtables fry burger.
4 slice bread.
1 cucumber slice.
1 tomato slice.
1 onion slice.
Butter.
Tandoori mayonnaise.
Dice cheese.
Chat masala.
Oil for fry.
Process
Take A Mixer Jar Add 5 Pcs Of Toast. Grind It. Smooth Powder.
Take A Bowl Add 250 gram Boil Potatoes. add 1/2 Cup Capsicum.
Add 1/2 Cup Green Boil Peas.
Add 1/2 Cup Chopped Carrot & chopped coriander leaves.
Add Half Tbsp. Turmeric Powder & pizza spice.
Add Half Tbsp. Chat Masala & As Per Taste Salt.
Add 2 Tbsp. Toast Powder.
Mix The All Ingredients.
Add 1 Tbsp. Roasted Jeera Powder & Green Chilli.
Mix Well.
Take A Mix Jar Add Coriander Leaves, 3 Green Chilli,1 Inch Ginger.
Some Mint Leaves & 1 Tbsp. Roasted Jeera Powder & as Per Taste Salt.
Add Some Sugar.
Grind It and your Chutney Is Ready.
Add 2 Tbsp Maida Flour
Add Salt & Pizza Spice As Per Taste.
Add half glass of water,
Stir It Well
Chop onion, Tomato & cucumber in round shape
keep all chopped veg. in plate
Take Slices Of Breads
Make Round Shape Slice From Bread
Spared Butter On Round Bread Slice
Add Tandoori Mayonnaise on bread
Add Green Chutney
Spread mayonnaise & chutney
Add Slice Of Tomato, Cucumber
Sprinkle Chat Masala
Add Diced Cheese
Cover with 2nd bread slice
Apply Aloo Masala
Cover with aloo masala
Now tikki is ready.
Dip The Aloo Tikki Maida Flour Mixture
Rub in The Toast Powder
Fry The Same In Oil Pan
Fry Untill It Become Golden Brown In Colour
