sukhdi pak recipe
Ingredient.
1 small bowl cashew.
1 small bowl almond.
1 small bowl soft khjoor.
1/3 cup gond.
2 cup ghee.
1.5 cup bhakri wheat flour.
1.5 cup jaggery.
3 tbsp. coconut powder.
1 tbsp. water.
Process :-

Today'S Recipe Is A Sukhdi Pak( Wheat Flour Sweet).
Let 'S Make Take A Small Bowl Cashew, Cut The Cashew in Small Pcs. 1 Small Bowl Almond, Cut The Almond Small Pcs. Take A 1 Small Bowl Soft Khajoor, Cut The Khajoor Small Pcs.
Start Flame & Take A Pan Add 1/2 Cup Ghee. Once Ghee Is Melt. Add 1/3 Cup Gond. Fry The Gond & Cool Down. Again start flame. Take A 2 Cup Ghee.
( 2 cup ghee to 1.5 cup wheat flours) Crush The Gond. Once Ghee Is Melt Add .5 Cup bhakhri ( laddu)Wheat Flours. Mix All Ingredients & Keep Stirring. Keep Stirring & Slow Flame. Once Colour Change Add Dry Fruit & Khajoor. keep stirring 2 Min. Add Gond Keep Stirring 2 Min. Add 1 Tbsp. Water & Keep Stirring 1 Min. Flame Off & Add Jaggery, Mix Well Until Melt. Add 3 Tbsp. Coconut Powder & Mix Well.
Take A Plate , Add Sukhdi Pak. Spread All Side By Use Spoon & Bowl.
Press All Side & Cool Down for 1O Min. Cut The Square Pcs Medium Size.

Ingredient.
1 small bowl cashew.

Start Flame & Take A Pan Add 1/2 Cup Ghee. Once Ghee Is Melt. Add 1/3 Cup Gond. Fry The Gond & Cool Down. Again start flame. Take A 2 Cup Ghee.
( 2 cup ghee to 1.5 cup wheat flours) Crush The Gond. Once Ghee Is Melt Add .5 Cup bhakhri ( laddu)Wheat Flours. Mix All Ingredients & Keep Stirring. Keep Stirring & Slow Flame. Once Colour Change Add Dry Fruit & Khajoor. keep stirring 2 Min. Add Gond Keep Stirring 2 Min. Add 1 Tbsp. Water & Keep Stirring 1 Min. Flame Off & Add Jaggery, Mix Well Until Melt. Add 3 Tbsp. Coconut Powder & Mix Well.
Take A Plate , Add Sukhdi Pak. Spread All Side By Use Spoon & Bowl.
Press All Side & Cool Down for 1O Min. Cut The Square Pcs Medium Size.
