What a sweet little home! has all the basics you need without feeling cramped. And the flow is quite nice and usable. Of course always more kitchen cabinets would be nice over that eating bar instead of the three hanging lamps. But very cute!

Lovely home for one or two people. I really like how you elevated the bedroom and bathroom, as well as the placement of the dining bar/table. Just 2 minor complaints:
1) The flow of the living area to the kitchen seems cramped to me. Perhaps smaller-scaled furniture/sectional in the living area would help.
2) Never put the washing machine in the kitchen. Could you add a tiny alcove for it on the second level, or perhaps not have the patio/lanai, and use the space for a washer/dryer instead?
