That's a display of borderline narcissism. I wouldn't have been able to not fucking call that shit out, maybe ask the cops some common sense questions such as ".. if he just wanted to "say something" to me as you put it how come he was aggressive, threatening, and assaulting my property? How come he wouldn't "just say a little something" and let us leave peacefully? How come he made false accusations over the phone for dispatch? I'd like to press charges for assault, and kidnapping, when he mentioned it was private property and we were trespassing we tried to leave, which is what a sane person would want, but he kept us hostage on his property after numerous attempts at leaving so we weren't trespassing."

Yeah, that's probably because the cops calmed him down. The situation was aggravated by both parties. Should he have instigated it so aggressively? No. But were the bikers in the wrong? absolutely. The final outcome was positive, both parties expressed themselves and left amicably.

@@MrCODEmaster00 It's not narcissism at all. Did you watch the entire clip? He was the property owner. As was explained, he has plans for that property and it's already been damaged numerous times by vandals. It's easy for us to sit back and say 'why the big deal, they're only taking photos'. But we don't own that property, we didn't pay for it and we wont face any legal consequences if they (the bikers) injure themselves. He was reacting out of emotion and after hearing his explanation, it's clear why. He doesn't seem like a bad guy, just someone who's fed up of dealing with situations like this.

If you're going to scout locations for photo shoots (I often do), of course try and pay attention to signs, but also know your state laws on trespassing.
You see, a trespassing sign is NOT a law, but a request. (Just like a business with a 'No Guns allowed" sign) . If you refuse to leave after being made aware of the sign, ONLY then can it become a criminal act.

In every state., the trespassing law says they have to ask you to leave and let you go. They can't stop you from leaving, that would be a crime of false imprisonment. Which in most states is a felony. Its only trespassing if they ask you to leave and you refuse. The police told that crazy guy on the phone to not let them leave. That's also a crime. This would be an easy lawsuit against the city. With criminal charged for the property owner. Just because you own property does not give you the right to kidnap people.

The dude changes his entire demeanor as soon as the police show up. Then stands on the graves of members of the armed forces to try and justify the fact that he held people at a location against their will and stole property from them prevent them from leaving. What a clown.

those 2 punks changed their behavior when the cops showed, you know they edited out the part where the kids were licking the balls of the cops so they wouldn't get in trouble

In the US at least, there’s private property (citizen/company owned) and public property (taxpayer owned).
You can be only be prosecuted for trespassing on private property if you were clearly instructed it was private beforehand, or there was clear signage.

In the last clip the officer's words made all the difference in the guys aggression, the way he explained his perspective brought the temperature right down to zero. Police must have gone through this same situation about fifty times before so they knew what to do to calm the situation down.
