You Won't Believe How Many Things You Can Print | Mudbots Concrete 3D Printing Facility

We finally get to check out the Mudbots showroom with James Lyman himself to get an overview of the various technics and strategies a printer operator can use to achieve a variety of finishes and premium features. This video is a great opportunity to broaden your horizons as to what can be printed in concrete. Next week the video will feature the Mudbots printer and batch plant mixer with interviews from multiple Mudbots employees from the engineers to the fabricators. We even get to see some raw Iron Man Mach-1 style batch plant mixers!

is eight feet the highest wall for a single story, or is that just per day? ten foot walls are very common and twelve foot walls are awesome!

Hey, assistant manager at mudbots. The height of the wall you print in a single print is only limited by your printer size. Other than that, it’s just math and chemistry to make sure you can keep going up. With that we can even do basements and second stories.

That was my first question also Tyler. We are limited only by our imaginations with these tools as MudBot and others are proving daily.
Jarett did a piece on a 3d printed building in Dubai that has high walls, along with many others he's covered like the mansion and apartment building in China.
I think high ceilings have many advantages. They should be mandatory, at least 10'.
From a style perspective, high ceilings give our souls more room to rise and live free, plus more room for great art and books and a 3d projection screen on the walls. Just sayin' we got the tech, let's print.
