Those appetizers looked good. The chicken waffle appetizers remind me of that chicken waffle breakfast you had at The Metro down here!! You've been cooking up a storm there lately! You are quite a chef! It all looks so delicious!

I'm pretty much done until Sunday now. All the sides are in the freezer except mashed potato and the rib roast is aging in the fridge. Now what to do about dessert???
