I was gonna buy a Ravage for my Wife after Christmas to try and get Her into Rc's but She has come to love the Crawlers, so I'm buying Her a FMS Atlas 1/16 6X6 Truck. You guys should check that out, it's a crazy little beast that climbs anything 😈
Hey bro my HBX is stock out of the box I have pulled it apart to look and there is no adjustment for the motor to change pinion gear plus I've noticed it's plastic diffs and cogs. So my recommendation would be if you are after more speed, to upgrade the ESC to a 60amp and run 3S battery.
I got the brushed one on amazon for my 7 year old and he loves it... Its fast as hell and came with 2 batteries. Ive heard the brusless one is even crazier.. i understand brushed vs brushless when it comes to tools so i know brushless is a better motor. I am thinking about getting the brushless one for me to play with.
They are great little RC cars I have seen a few videos with them at the skatepark and there just about unbreakable they claim, I know once my brother is off his crutches I doing my own skatepark durable test can't wait

The wl toys 144010 front and rear shocks fit this perfectly...the 144010 rear shocks add a few mm of clearance to the truck..
