Thank you Dane for this delicious treat. would love to see you more often on the channel.i love how you scrape everything without wasting any ingredients.
Loving this recipe! Love watching Dane - he makes the video both entertaining and informative. I just have a constant smile on my face! Love watching Sally and Jemma too! Hope there will continue to be space for all 3 in the future! Share the love ❤
Oh wow... YES! I ordered a 10" square pan when you released your cornflake brownie recipe - which I've made several times and is amazing - so this is absolutely perfect. Love it!
I brought these to a family dinner last night and everyone loved them. It’s amazing how perfect they are. Wonderful textures, tastes and perfectly sweet. I’d wondered if they’d be overly sweet but that wasn’t the case at all. We don’t have easy access to caster sugar here in the US so I weighed my granulated sugar and gave it three quick whirls in the blender. Looking forward to making them again.
I will never ever bake those things, but I had somuch fun watching Dave make them. This is so lovely, I enjoy the channel very much, thanks for allways lifting me up!
As always - THANK YOU Jemma, Zane and the C&D crew for sharing all these Fab recipes, tips and tricks with your devoted fans. I bake / decorate cakes and do treats for family events. Our youngest is getting married next year. I'm going to try this out near Christmas, and I suspect it will go on the list of treats for the sweet table, which I'm doing. Divine Decadence ! Cheers from Canada🇨🇦
I had your brownie topped with a cornflake, salted caramel cake when I visited your shop last week - amazing. Will be trying this one on my next trip to London 😀
I'll be going to my restaurant supply store today to see if they have any loose bottom tins~ My fiance's birthday party is this weekend and I would LOVE to have this accompanying your red velvet cupcakes! If I make them tomorrow night I'll definitely post and tag everyone~ Thank you for another AMAZING video! I love all of your videos~~ Keep up all of the amazing work!
You guys .... I can't love you more! Dano! You are the cutest! I love how you taught about each ingredient, those minute tips and tricks for us to get a perfectly baked traybake!❤ i love how sam, dane , sally y'all put your heart and soul to create a video! And obvs handle our demands and fulfill them! ❤❤❤❤❤❤💯💯💯 Also one cute request- would you bring some crispy palmiers on the channel?
Oh my word, these look SO amazing! I feel like I could just eat that nougat straight from the bowl on a spoon. Or some pretzels. Or a graham cracker. Thanks so much!
Dane is so wonderful! Thanks for continuing to share your amazing recipes. Next time I get to London I will definitely come in for sweets! Cheers from Brooklyn!
Happy Thursday team C&D. These look absolutely EPIC. Thanks for the video Dane, you've made it look too easy 🤔 Also thanks Sam for recording & uploading - not all heroes wear capes 😀
Which size recipe would you use for an 8” square pan? It was the only size I could find that had good corners and a removable bottom. I’m so looking forward to making these amazing brownies.🦋💖
I used Houda’s measurement suggestion, made them twice so far to much delight. I even sent my Dad with marshmallows and fluff to Iceland so my cousin can make the brownies for a family celebration. So delicious! ✨💜✨
I wish you'd had this in store last week when I came to London to visit the shop, I bought the caramel cornflake brownie which was a bit strong for my palate. The kids and I both liked the oreo white chocolate crispy slice better.
Yes! Thanks for bearing with us it's been super tricky with everything that's been going on but Jemma's definitely going to be back on the channel, really soon - we promise! Thanks so much for watching in the meantime we really appreciate it and glad you like the vids. x
These are AMAZING!!! I prefer dark chocolate, BUT the milk chocolate ganache really makes it. I don't know how to post my photo on here or I would have done so.
This recipe sounds SO good cant wait to try! But does anyone know what the tool is called that dame used to score/mark the brownies to show where to cut them? Thanks from ontario, canada
Hi Jemma and Dane ... I really love your cookbook and have tried the recipe, it's amazing 🥰 since the marshmallow nougat is too sweet to my taste, can I reduce the sugar to 50gr? Will it affect the nougat texture? Thank you
Absolutely loved the in-depth video with you Dane !! I especially love your macaron videos :) Ive been subscribed and will be making this asap !! Thank you !! Ohh question, when making the nougat layer here I cant seem to find caster sugar. Just granulated sugar. What will I need to adjust ? Cooking ir longer and lower ?😬🙏
You guys this looks so so good! I was actually wondering why C&D doesn’t use silicone molds? I can’t imagine the amount of cooking spray and parchment paper you guys go through on a weekly basis. Or would silicone be not durable enough in a professional environment where it gets used so often? Cheers anyway, this brownie looks too good to be true😍
@Fernando García Hi Fernando, do you mean the cake or brownie cracking? Or the actual mold itself? That is definitely not something I would want to happen… :)
Say what you want about Dane, this guy knows his work, he's quick, knowledgeably, and explains well, thanks Dane.
Thank you Dane for this delicious treat. would love to see you more often on the channel.i love how you scrape everything without wasting any ingredients.

I dont have patience to wait and make all 4 layers… just the first brownie layers will do for me 🥲

If you can’t get it, put granular sugar through your food processor for a few minutes - it refines the granules really well
