i think her "are you jealous" line is probably her being frustrated with him. i mean for a few seasons she was always dropping hints about how she felt and this season i think cloak was the last effort she put into showing how she felt and now she kinda moved on with rivkin and its like she poking him with it to get a response and again he denied it. he was doing his job and i think this starts her downward spiral of her emotions getting out of control.
She doesn't actually realize her true feelings for Tony until she sees him in Somalia. In a diary of hers they find in season 16 it states that when saleem lifted the hood her heart "saw her friend as if for the first time and she knew she couldn't live without him". She was looking right at Tony

I think she knew what his true intentions were but it would just kill her to accept that her only remaining tie to a family back in Israel that she once knew was falling apart.

I get why everyone at ncis would be upset that Ziva lied but I have to say it seems a little unfair to make her out as the bad person. She's a mossad agent first an ncis agent second. Her father is director of mossad, everyone she's known her whole life is mossad. It's who she was raised to be. You can tell she isn't happy about lying and very conflicted, but in the end she has to do what she's told.
As ducky pointed out ziva has always been an officer of mossad. She was stuck between 2 agencies. She confronted her father about why she wasn't told the details of michaels mission to which he relied because he didnt know where her loyalties lay. She had a relationship with both agencies and obviously a personal one with michael so she was caught in the crosshairs. Everyone judging her loyalties, she was stuck. Again to quote ducky ' i don't envy the position she found herself in'
In this episodes i hated Ziva so much... Tony was angry with her because all he wanted was to protect her... And i didn´t liked to see them fight like this...really in this scene i almost cried... But in the end i love Ziva...its impossible not love her...she is unique.... :)
Despite being a TIVA, I agree with you. That "Are you jealous?" line made me cringe because it makes Ziva sound so obsessive and needy. I didn't like that line at all. And Tony *was* doing his job, not being a jealous teenager.

The acting is simply superb in these episodes! I think both Cote and Michael are doing such a terrific job in these episodes!
