Been dealing with an issue with mine and replaced the tension pulley, but now my belt doesn't fit. The new pulley is the correct one, and i double checked belt it didn't stretch .. im convinced New Pulley is the issue of not giving the correct tension
Check to see if the routing is correct first. The tensioner pulley needs to be pulled back as far as it can then the belt slips over it very tightly sometimes before you let the tension off. If it is the same belt and you checked the tensioner pulley with the old one, and they are the same... then it will fit when you figure out what is going on. Did some other pulley slip and need to be pulled back, it can happen if the mounting bolts are not tight. Also check the routing diagram somewhere around the engine and see if you are correct in the belt routing.
Do you know where I can get the spacer for the idle pulley mines been worn from a bad bearing but I can’t find the same small black spacer online
