I listened for 20mins yesterday and I got a few Snapchat friend requests and I talked sooo much with ppl.

I‘m still listening, but not quite regularly, because I found it helps me not to focus on results too hard.
In the past few weeks I really had a physical glowup on top of the one i already got, although quite an unusual one. I kept stumbling over, as i call it, beauty science, stuff like color theory, kibbe types, flattering makeup, dressing for your body, personalized skin care, posture and so on.
You wouldn’t believe the difference it made to realize that I already AM pretty and have resources to build off, that I only have to know them.
I feel like I finally cracked the pretty girl code ^.^
I didn’t change so much physically, but I think all those small base changes were really a game changer, because they eliminated all those tiny things that aren’t quite ugly, but made me look very average.
For example, I had very straight eyebrows that made my face look flat, a really bad posture, and also i wore a lot of black, which looked terrible on me because i‘m very pale with ashy hair.
all those things from my previous comment are still a thing, it got even more intense. People are so nice and helpful. I have ADHD and was made fun of so bad for my small life struggles, like being super forgetful and clumsy. And now everyone thinks that it‘s cute?
It‘s actual magic. I wonder if people will even recognize me when we finally get back to school (like, real school with everyone) from online classes.

Day 1:
so yesterday three really bad things happened to me, and i had a breakdown and cried so much, it's just everything was going so well and then things just came crashing down.
but then when when i woke up after listening to this overnight, it just seems like everything's ok now! like when i woke up i felt a whole heap of love in myself and it felt so good, it's the love dovie feeling u get when u're in that deep meditative state, it felt amazing!! 🥺 Even when yesterday's matters came to mind, surprisingly there didn't seem to be any negative thoughts or feelings associated with it, and i even told myself that it's okay that those things happened and that everything will just work out in the end. it's as if i've changed into a totally different person! i'm so grateful that this sub has brought upon such wonderful results! 💖 yesterday i was really struggling w/trusting the universe, as so many bad things were all happening at once, but now i feel more trusting in the universe and have this urge to just go with the flow ✨ Thank u so much!
