@nitrateglow We like all versions for different reasons but if we could only pick one it would be this one with Timothy Dalton....and the soundtrack is exquisite too
Excellent video, Kate nHeather - your images perfectly convey the essence of the film. And the music itself is beyond extraordinary. Michel Legrand is a genius.
Thanks to all TH-camrs for viewing our video. It was one of the most difficult videos that we created, Finding the photos and doing each frame in the order that the film took place. We thank you for viewing.
+Mj Jones I was 14 years old when I saw this wonderful. film . I actually. recorded. it on cassette in the. theater. saw. it 7 times had the poster and album .to me at the time it was true, ultimate love. My. favorite Wuthering Heights.
This music have been lingering in my heart and soul since childhood when I saw an episode of this TV series I supposed. Didn't realize it was an original from the great Michel Legrand. The story is and the actors are also great. Didn't realize its a great novel by Bronte. Only in my adult life's and exposure later to lots of classic literature I found about it. And thanks to you and You-tube as it is a reunion of what I've been searching for all along from the past.
This wonderful Michel LeGrand theme actually has lyrics, written by Alan and Marilyn Bergman. The lyrics are just as beautiful and haunting as the music. th-cam.com/video/ei4w9rSGXMI/w-d-xo.html I was born in love with you Opened my eyes in love with you From another time From another place From another world I remembered your face I walked to find the way to you Learned to speak to say to you Stay with me now through the mist of forever I was born in love with you First saw the sun in love with you My eyes knew your smile My hand knew your hand My arms knew the warmth of you I knew the touch of your lips And the taste of your kiss Before I kissed you I will die in love with you I'll close my eyes in love with you Stay with me now through the mist of forever I was born in love with you I'll be born in love with you

I love this music
thankyou. so beautiful. i am happy.
The black/white shot of them @2;02 is breathtaking.terrific video.
This is beautiful. I love how evocative and yearning the music is. The 1970 WH is tied with the 1939 and 2009 versions for my favorite.

I was born in love with you
Opened my eyes in love with you
From another time
From another place
From another world
I remembered your face
I walked to find the way to you
Learned to speak to say to you
Stay with me now through the mist of forever
I was born in love with you
First saw the sun in love with you
My eyes knew your smile
My hand knew your hand
My arms knew the warmth of you
I knew the touch of your lips
And the taste of your kiss
Before I kissed you
I will die in love with you
I'll close my eyes in love with you
Stay with me now through the mist of forever
I was born in love with you
I'll be born in love with you
