Ok so here is the thing, I m from IIMK and you may have seen the highest ctc for k is 67 and for I its 1 crore. Now the company that offered 1 crore is Indigo Edge. Now indigo was paying 18 lakh fixed and rest it showed in esops and other allowances raising it's ctc to 1 crore. Thus one who got placed with 24 lpa ctc and 22 fixed is much better than 1 crore package
Another great video sir helping us students in taking better informed decisions.I think the onus should be on both companies and institutes to kind off manage these hypothetically high standards fed to aspirants and students especially freshers by boasting of CTCs. The system needs to increase transparency.

I feel you are doing too much real truth, exposed ,dark reality Vdos which when not watched makes aspirants feel down by thumbnails there are always pros and cons but you could get more reach by positive thumbnails.

In placements they want students with good acads, triple digit rank in JEE or from IIT, I am from NIT and pretty confused, even if I get 99.9 percentile in cat but still not be able to covert iim abc because of poor acads or even if I get into abc would I be shortlisted for investment banking roles?
