I recommend having one mage dedicated to sheeping, tanks can be MC’d as well

Did you have any issues with a threat drop? He is randomly swapping healer and tank threats for us.

I personally did not encounter any kind of issues like this when we killed him. The only way I believe this could be happening is if like a Paladin healer has Righteous Fury on while healing and the main tank gets polymorphed. But I've only actually killed him twice, so may be some kind of bug. It is definitely not a mechanic of his, though.

@@delornegg Having a fury prot warrior constantly climbing on threat and taking the threat dumps instead of the main tank seemed to work for us. When 100% of the melee are out for the knockback except the tank, the tank becomes the only one to take the threat dump. A bear druid would work too. Having a third in case one of the tanks takes the MC would probably be a safe bet.
The only thing we could figure that caused the bugs we saw was that sometimes during the knockback, he will momentarily evade bug to the tank and go after a healer or warlock. Some standing on the lip of the pillar might have contributed. We saw some really strange things happening with him the first time.

Your raid on the screen didn't do a good job of avoiding the debuff. They are staying out too long. So many of them got the knockback. One raid member can call out the knockback, which is much more important than any amount of DPS while a backup member can call out the knockbacks as well when the primary caller is MC'ed. Once you get a knockback, you are just chilling behind the pillar doing zero DPS until the debuff goes away.

Yeah for sure, we killed the boss though. No problem.
