Pastor Jack, I am a homeschool grandmother and I just ordered a 10 Commandments wall art that I will be putting up in our home school room so that we may read it every day first thing before we start Bible. I am enjoying this study so very much. Our first subject daily is Bible and I am devouring all of your Studies so that I can teach my grand daughter properly. We also watch you at least twice a week for our bible study and discuss your teachings. I cannot tell you how much you have impacted my life and helped me stay on the right path with God. I have been a follower of Christ pretty much all of my life but I did not know so much of what you are now teaching. As a RC I could never be assured of where I was going. I even had priests trying to bring back indulgences and scalplets to guarantee a person going to Heaven and not purgatory! That helped my journey to finally leaving. At times it's been hard giving up some ceremonial things and hard to think of the music and praise time as worship for me as I'm used to solemn prayer.
Oh fantastic - me too. It's funny, the more I know about this journey I've been on (catholic to REAL Christian), the more I see that power in the Word of God. It's so so so good! I think coming from where we did truly makes us crave the truth of the Word! Happy for you :)

So blessed by your teaching! I was raised Catholic and was a true believer in Christ, but left the church to honor my husband and his family by joining their non-denominational church. I’ve grown so much in my faith over the years and haven’t regretted my move, but I still hurt when people attack the Catholic Church because I truly had a relationship with Jesus while there. I so appreciate your teaching Pastor Jack on who our true Priest is. I’ve never heard anyone teach on that before. Instead they’ve just attacked the church and called them non-Christians, rather than pointing out what is flawed in their theology. I so appreciate how gently you speak Gods truth. As a retired person with a small pension I am struggling for purpose! I couldn't take school system anymore and tried some other jobs. I listen to a lot of sermons and read bible and devotionals. I feel I need a job but at 59 don't know what as I can't do OT anymore! Any ideas?

I have a dear friend who is Catholic. I sent her via email this introduction to Hebrews. You explained the scripture perfectly, with your own twist, HA, LOVE IT! And how we are to lean on God for EVERYTHING not man. Jesus is the only freshly man, in that ERA, that you could go directly and ask for forgiveness. Repent. For now, we go to God directly, in our prayer place, and pray to him directly for forgiveness. Ive learned so much watching you Pastor Hibbs. Thank you. And I will continue to share your word.
Jack you are so right about people needing to work. I am unable to work but God has given me a purpose in life. I have 2 children but the first thing I have made them both aware of is that I will not have them as my carers. Life without a purpose will drag them down and is not a life worth living and they need to work.

Regarding the 10 commandment billboards....Here is an idea that you and everyone watching might consider.* *In South Africa not far from where I live on the eastern coast, there is a farmer who's farm is next to one of the main roads. He has the 10 commandments written out one by one, each on their own billboard facing the traffic for the whole length of his farmland...If I should guess each commandment is about +- 500m from the other.( oh and the billboard has 2 boards so traffic from either way north or south can read the commandment)* *The billboards are on his private property. In 1995 I had a vision of the catholic church, I lived two blocks from a catholic church and one day I walked passed it praying and asking the Lord where is the catholic church with God. A woman approached me from the church and asked me for a ride to her house, I gave her a ride but she didn't know where her house was and we drove a few minutes until we found it. Suprisingly the house was right across the street from the church. I left a bit confused and asked God what just happened and He said to answer your question, the woman represents the catholic church, they are close to being home but they need a little help and direction.

I've struggled with sins of (sexual) lust. I was instructed to read the 1st Letter of John. Perhaps it would be helpful for you too. Also, lust is an addiction. When you want to get rid of an addiction, you should replace it with some other activity. Something that makes you happy. Avoid the the habits and activities that lead to you ending up giving into your lust. Fill that time with something else. And read a lot of Bible. I've found it's true, the Word literally cleanses us. Like there's not enough room in our brain for both the filthy and the holy. And remember, no matter what has happened or what is going through your mind, what kind of images there are or what kind of temptations you have, Jesus loves you and pities you. He wants to liberate you from all your chains and burdens, including the chains and burdens of sin. He died and paid in full for for all your sins, the past, the present, and the future. Don't get tired of asking God for forgiveness, He won't get tired of forgiving you. Before we fall the enemy of our souls whispers into our ear that it's ok, sin isn't that serious 'cause God will forgive it, but then after you have fallen he will whisper to your ear God won't forgive you. Both are lies. We shouldn't sin, but if we do fall and commit a sin, we have a defender in Heaven, Jesus. God is on your side. Nothing can separate us from His love.
We all are Brother. That is why God give us the knowledge and wisdom to pray and repent for our sins everyday to prepare ourselves to the Lord. Humble ourselves in Him that we are nothing without our Savior. God bless you!

You are so correct I've been disabled since 97 due to AIDS and now I'm HIV thank you Jesus Christ and since 2000 I've been working part-time and now since 2015 I stopped working however since then I started reading the Bible and still at it but I have a routine I get with the Lord first thing in the morning and then go to the gym and come home walk my dogs take care of them clean house read more word of of God, study with pastor John Barnett or John MacArthur and now yourself. This is amazing. I just finished reading Leviticus and was trying to figure out what I should be getting from it. All I could think was always pouring blood on the alter and thought they spilled Jesus blood for us.

I have seen the channel. It is labeled simply as "Jack Hibbs". So far the creator of the channel hasn't posted anything bogus or undoctrinally sound. However, the creator has monetized the channel and is making money off Pastor Jack's videos. It needs to be shut down.

So the reason people will say that we shouldn't be going to church on Sunday is because it was the Roman Catholic church that changed the day of worship to Sunday. And the mix of idolatry and worship of God mixed together by the Roman Catholic church that goes centuries back . The sun gods names are different names but same God worshiped by Babylonians. Worshiping the gods on Sunday- all gods and God. Something like that is why non Jews will say that the church needs to go back to worshiping on Saturday the day God set forth.
There is something holy about the 7th day beginning in Genesis and ending in Revelation. And, when one allows Jesus' practices in daily life habits and worship they might be surprised to see Sabbath in a new way. It's peculiar how God designed the ways of His kingdom to be only fully appreciated and understood until one walks in them. Jesus kept Sabbath without the contaminating additions of religious folk....so did His disciples. One cannot denigrate keeping a 7th day rest until they try honoring it the way its creator and our Saviour did. May we all seek to walk so close to Jesus in what and how and why He does what He does that the dust of the path He treads gets all over us. Blessings to all of us as we learn from Him.

So blessed by your teaching! I was raised Catholic and was a true believer in Christ, but left the church to honor my husband and his family by joining their non-denominational church. I’ve grown so much in my faith over the years and haven’t regretted my move, but I still hurt when people attack the Catholic Church because I truly had a relationship with Jesus while there. I so appreciate your teaching Pastor Jack on who our true Priest is. I’ve never heard anyone teach on that before. Instead they’ve just attacked the church and called them non-Christians, rather than pointing out what is flawed in their theology. I so appreciate how gently you speak Gods truth. As a retired person with a small pension I am struggling for purpose! I couldn't take school system anymore and tried some other jobs. I listen to a lot of sermons and read bible and devotionals. I feel I need a job but at 59 don't know what as I can't do OT anymore! Any ideas?

I have a dear friend who is Catholic. I sent her via email this introduction to Hebrews. You explained the scripture perfectly, with your own twist, HA, LOVE IT! And how we are to lean on God for EVERYTHING not man. Jesus is the only freshly man, in that ERA, that you could go directly and ask for forgiveness. Repent. For now, we go to God directly, in our prayer place, and pray to him directly for forgiveness.

Jack you are so right about people needing to work. I am unable to work but God has given me a purpose in life. I have 2 children but the first thing I have made them both aware of is that I will not have them as my carers. *In South Africa not far from where I live on the eastern coast, there is a farmer who's farm is next to one of the main roads. He has the 10 commandments written out one by one, each on their own billboard facing the traffic for the whole length of his farmland...If I should guess each commandment is about +- 500m from the other.( oh and the billboard has 2 boards so traffic from either way north or south can read the commandment)*
*The billboards are on his private property. Maybe privately own bussinesses and farmers can do the same????*

In 1995 I had a vision of the catholic church, I lived two blocks from a catholic church and one day I walked passed it praying and asking the Lord where is the catholic church with God. A woman approached me from the church and asked me for a ride to her house, I gave her a ride but she didn't know where her house was and we drove a few minutes until we found it. Suprisingly the house was right across the street from the church. I left a bit confused and asked God what just happened and He said to answer your question, the woman represents the catholic church, they are close to being home but they need a little help and direction.

I've struggled with sins of (sexual) lust. I was instructed to read the 1st Letter of John. Perhaps it would be helpful for you too.
Also, lust is an addiction. When you want to get rid of an addiction, you should replace it with some other activity. Something that makes you happy. Avoid the the habits and activities that lead to you ending up giving into your lust. Fill that time with something else. And read a lot of Bible. I've found it's true, the Word literally cleanses us. Like there's not enough room in our brain for both the filthy and the holy.
And remember, no matter what has happened or what is going through your mind, what kind of images there are or what kind of temptations you have, Jesus loves you and pities you. He wants to liberate you from all your chains and burdens, including the chains and burdens of sin. He died and paid in full for for all your sins, the past, the present, and the future. Don't get tired of asking God for forgiveness, He won't get tired of forgiving you.
Before we fall the enemy of our souls whispers into our ear that it's ok, sin isn't that serious 'cause God will forgive it, but then after you have fallen he will whisper to your ear God won't forgive you. Both are lies. We shouldn't sin, but if we do fall and commit a sin, we have a defender in Heaven, Jesus. God is on your side. Nothing can separate us from His love.

You are so correct I've been disabled since 97 due to AIDS and now I'm HIV thank you Jesus Christ and since 2000 I've been working part-time and now since 2015 I stopped working however since then I started reading the Bible and still at it but I have a routine I get with the Lord first thing in the morning and then go to the gym and come home walk my dogs take care of them clean house read more word of of God, study with pastor John Barnett or John MacArthur and now yourself. I I started listening to you, part 7 and stopped and started the series I'm looking forward to it learning so much thank you so much. God bless. Church we need to pray as we have never prayed in our lives. With all the turmoil that is going on in our Nation and the World, the powers that be will turn it on us Christians. They will find someway to blame us and defer responsibility to us and we are about to face severe persecution very soon.
Do not be afraid of what is coming just keep your eyes on Jesus and put your full trust in God. He will see us through!

So the reason people will say that we shouldn't be going to church on Sunday is because it was the Roman Catholic church that changed the day of worship to Sunday. And the mix of idolatry and worship of God mixed together by the Roman Catholic church that goes centuries back . The sun gods names are different names but same God worshiped by Babylonians. Worshiping the gods on Sunday- all gods and God. Something like that is why non Jews will say that the church needs to go back to worshiping on Saturday the day God set forth.
There is something holy about the 7th day beginning in Genesis and ending in Revelation. And, when one allows Jesus' practices in daily life habits and worship they might be surprised to see Sabbath in a new way. It's peculiar how God designed the ways of His kingdom to be only fully appreciated and understood until one walks in them. Jesus kept Sabbath without the contaminating additions of religious folk....so did His disciples. One cannot denigrate keeping a 7th day rest until they try honoring it the way its creator and our Saviour did.
May we all seek to walk so close to Jesus in what and how and why He does what He does that the dust of the path He treads gets all over us.
