It's pretty easy since NFSC & MW have the same sound file format, if you want to do it yourself just copy the engine gin file into SOUND\ENGINE folder inside the MW directory and create a node for the engine file in NFS-VltEd then apply the engine node into any car you want in the pvehicle node

Try using lot_elise for the evo8 base, I think the revving sound matches the exhaust sound a lot better, or vw_jet_m4 for the r32 instead of the vw_jet_m3
thanks for the advice lot_elise fit well with the evo8 as for the r32 + vw_jet_m4 now it sounds more like skyline r35 rather than golf r32

Fun fact: Challenger Concept modified sound here is pretty much used in PS2 versions of Carbon and Undercover.
the corvette c5 in ps2 and wii sounds awful, the corvette modifies sounds pretty

How did you do this? Because i want to make something similar exporting the sounds from pro street
easy, carbon has the same sounds file format as mw so I just copied those files and make a node in vlted for them
for prostreet I think it'll be more complicated since prostreet's format is .tmx and mw only accept a .gin file

No problem man, the node for the turbo is located at "turbosfx" to apply a custom turbo sounds go to the pvehicle -> racers -> any car then find the "TurboSND" field, if you want to change it like in the video change the TurboSND field to "turbo_med_00"

as for the sound actually you can apply it to both or any car since this mod only add the sound nodes in vlted

it's part of the mod, I used Ford GT engine sound instead of exhaust sound since the supercharger was way more louder on the engine part

have you pause the game on r32 high rev (bug there)
nope I didn't, probably because a wrong high rpm values that I set before
If you experience this bug you need to just set some values on GINSUAccelVol and MaxVol for example 49000 on both in the NFSVLTED mod. Open the mod find engine - engineaudio and then vw_r32_a and set the value (49000) on GINSUAccelVol and MaxVol.

I tried porting them too, but the result is the ported engine got muted because MW has some kind of limitation in the game files

they did add a pagani with completed textures in NFSC but for some unknown reason they decided to hide it in the game files
the zonda f was only available in the ea downloader version of carbon and on the xbox marketplace
