Once you go to an iPilot, you won't want to go back I promise and now with bluetooth and your phone. I love it. But I still use hand steer on some of my flats skiffs, it's quicker once you get used to it so the hand steer allows you to focus more on fishing.
how much do those setups cost

@sam mich "Will tarpin hit pop n cork?" Anything is possible out on the water. Will say this, I got the DOA Unfair DVD and Captain Mark Nichols who owns, created, and makes those "fish magnet" lures said he's caught Tarpon on the poppin' cork on the dvd. Anything is possible out on the water. But I've seen the DOA TerrorEyz and Bait Buster catch them mainly on DOA lures.

Uni to uni knot with that 80 lb seaguar fluorocarbon Blair? Is it tough to do since the line of course is thicker? Also is that a loop knot you use with the 80 lb to attach to your lure?

Use the fg knot to connect braid to flouro. Higher breaking strain than uni to uni and slides through the guides super easy. I used to use uni to uni but the fg knot is superior, though more difficult and time consuming to tie

FG knot is by far the best braid to leader knot.

You don't have to bow. If you time it right you can grab the spool and yank them back. But if you don't do it right when you grab the spool it will break your line. Bowing is pointless if you can do that correctly.
