Your #2 takeaway I think is really important because Filipinos have to unlearn what they've already been taught culturally and study new empowering behaviors. For me, this happened during college where I attended leadership workshops and social events. It's important for others who feel they are not being heard to attend your events and follow you.
Yes, I completely agree, and I love all the offerings that are provided in the college setting. The colleges realize that this is a major personal growth experience for the students.
