      Aw! Thank you! At this stage my heart rate doubles in the minute I talk to camera and it takes about 10 min to nail a 1 min intro. Can’t see myself ever talking for longer. You’re safe on this channel xx I do value your time and it’s awesome to hear you’re loving the classes x thx fi 🙏

    Hi Fiona. I just did this practice this morning. Very appropriate way to start a relaxing Sunday. I find sitting on the back of my heels challenging 😂

      Hope your Sunday was great? You’re not alone on the heel sitting. It’s very deep flexion for the knees and extension for your feet. Go only as far as your breath is smooth n deep :-) ❤️🙏

    I am really tight so the slow flow helps me center on a pose . The faster yoga feels like I am just throwing myself from position to position. This helps me actually stretch. Would love to see more like this with the harder poses. Would also like to see additional stretches for the front quads as sitting all day makes mine super tight. This was a lovely session. Thank you!

      Thanks Rebecca, so glad you enjoyed practice. I’ve many slow flows on the channel. It’s my favourite speed :-) my flows are usually sequenced with less advanced postures as I’m more comfortable teaching in this space. ‘Hard’ can be simple shapes held longer or sequenced in a challenging way. Having tight hips is so common. I have a playlist for this focus you might like incorporating many hip flexor lengthening sequences. Thanks for practicing with me 🙏

    Dearest Fiona, we have been doing this particular programme regularly as the stresses and strains of all we have to cope with just catches up with one and have all sorts of interesting ways of manifesting in the body and soul. Every time we do this one, we marvel at how relaxed we feel afterwards, feeling lengthened, grounded and ready to face the day.       Wonderful you have a trusted favourite… must be super calming as I fell asleep in shavasana when filming! I hope you’re both keeping well? Final term for school for you both? My youngest had spent a large proportion of school year remote learning. So tough on teachers and kids. Hope your final term is a good one xx doggies just walked in the sunshine.     Really beautiful and unique queues - I particularly loved the "collar bones smiling open". This was the perfect tempo and had great balance between movement and holding poses. Love from VA.

    Boy, do I love a good slow flow... I feel like I get so much out of holding postures for a little longer with slow controlled flowing movement. Not just physically but I'm able to go much deep inside of myself... perfect opportunity for a moving mediation. Thank you for a great practice! I added you on Spotify too! :)

    Wonderful class for me, someone who used to practice daily but now recovering from covid and in a very weak shape. I also wonder if you could recommend any classes that have even longer Shavasana or a long body scan - something that directs attention to the body but also allows to be still or do very minor movements. Thank you again!

I love the content. Some of it more advanced, but might be just what you need.
