You get the time in the paper put it in the clock, then the paper that you need that shows the colors u need for the paper will show up

You go to the blue old card room

for the omega 3 how do you find the paper?
On the tunnels, you have to go to the test chambers and put the same time you find in the Blue abandoned room at the clock in the test chamber
If you put the correct time you will get the code for the omega 3 box
I recommend you go to the deponist lab discord server they can help you.
