I hadn't really picked up a pencil or brush for nearly 30 years - so I thought I'd start in monochrome to find my feet a bit...some of these are studies/sketches - learning from my mistakes all the time of course:). Thanks for watching.
@@robinaart72 meh actually they are quite good, but i love the landscapes better. The fine maze of branches, the contrasts of mountains and clouds through which the sunlight peeps.
@@ninthheretic2498 ha thanks - I was only messing, as basically I find the pope ones grotesque - but there was a reason...part of a project I suppose, though whether anywhere in Austria will show them is another matter ....for obv reasons:)
