I've watched every episode. SO FUNNY!! I'm starting to record my not that good trainings with my guys. Any advices to make the camera stick to its platform? I'm using the head gadget. Thank you!
Volleyball is great for working on your loud voice. You can yell as much as you want. Talking not only lets your teammates know you are going for the ball, it also tells them where you are on the court.
I'm not him, but I would recommend getting used to the 4 / 3 step approach, practicing the tosses a lot (hardest part for me), and then mixing these together. Also, building up a serve routine will be extremely helpful, it makes you calmer, more concentrated and consistent. Besides that, just practice a lot until it turns into some kind of muscle memory.
