Hey man new to your channel, I have been playing testing yubel and it's nuts, however, unchained is not the way IMHO but I may be wrong. The level 12 nightmare yubel is worth running because it's no longer a brick since you have phantom. Grinder golem is your friend, imperm as you stated hard counters samsara and grinder golem kills it as well as evenly (do it). I've been working on some spicy recipes and one thing I have found to be quite amazing is Skill Drain, no lie sooo good. All your cards function under skill drain with the exception of spirit effect on summon in which you need to chain summon and pop it chain link 2 or higher so it will resolve in gy. Anyways gonna sub and check your other content would love to show you some of the boards I'm putting up and get some feedback
@IsraeliteLife thanks for the feedback, the decks changed loads since this version. I agree on skill drain that's currently in the side deck until it gets hit on the ban list. Golemn I really like as that counter to evenly, issue was space and consistency to get it to opps field so if wanted it's again more ideal being in the side. The level 12 is something I've been tempted with however even with phantom it's still a brick you don't ideally want to see in place of other options In my experince
@@zephyrwargamesyugioh Thanks I find test hands to be the best teacher. Because a combo is good until i draw a hand that don't have those 3 card combos lmao
Correct they can't activate if they don't play a card, issue is not opening that card yourself and finding space for that and set rotation is super tight
@InfernitBlu88 true even then side is so crazy tight and you have the same chance of open the dead field spell as you do set rotation, so until set rotation comes to 3 it's not worth imo, you need a 2nd field spell that dosent clog you if you open it
Yes, however it works the same as Lightsworn lumina where you discard then target so you can bring back the one the discard, aslong as a valid target is already in GY
It's down to the wording. If it said can not be used for a fusion summon then yes you'd by pass it as technically its not a fusion summon, but it's technically being used as a fusion material which means it cant

Isn’t phantom of yubel just a ss not a fusion summon? So why can’t you use phantom for phantom? Is it a bc Konami said so?
