    Another great commentary! Your "critical eye" is amazing, obviously it is the product of a lifetime of training with great coaching and a lot of physical talent.

    The shrugging is a very interesting topic. Oleksiy Torokhtiy likes to shrug shoulders to ears, but I don't know many others who do that. I think he discussed it with Anton Pliesnoi in one of his videos.

      Yeah but oleksiy have a different type of snacht is like the bull snach the bar way pass his neck ,he brings his chest forward probably for that style that lockout works better ..

    great video, thanks, Morady is one of my favorite lifter, in that same tournament he lifted 233 and c&j but clock reached 0, even his coach was waiting the last decision, but juries gave him a good lift with three white lights

    Gabriel wonderful analysis. I’m excited to see you start posting training videos next week! ❤️ I was also wondering if you can post a Clarance’s 190kg snatch analysis? 🫡

      Sadly I didn't start until I was 22, so now I'm 28 and have 100 snatch and maybe 120 clean and jerk but I'm working patiently trying to avoid injuries and stay around 80-90%.
      Have been making progress! 🎉

      About 81kg bodyweight if curious

    What specifically is the weak point that caused moradi to bomb at the 2012 Olympics ? Or was it just that he opened too heavy for the 85kg version of himself?

    5:29 "you need a very very solid ?" Psyche?
    Sorry I didn't catch what you said at the end. Can you please clarify ?

      i reckon hes either saying ceiling or physique, most probably ceiling as hes referring to mindsets and having no ceilings.

    • @hrsmp
      @hrsmp 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      He said psychic. Probably meant mindset or something. "Ceiling" lmao.

      @@hrsmp yes psyche makes sense. Ceiling does not 🤣

    How much overweight was moradi when he hit those crazy numbers?

  • @AnthonyGarcia-sy3yk
    @AnthonyGarcia-sy3yk 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Too bad injuries are really hitting him hard the past 4 years ,,,, last Asian championship his lock out was really struggling,,, and yeah nor matter the amount of PEDS you take if you don't have the talent you not going to touch those weights ,you can get more drugs that a race horse that won't make up for the talent..
