Trumpeter 1/700 CVN-68 USS Nimitz Build

My build of the Trumpeter 1/700 scale USS Nimitz.
I 3D scanned the parts of this model to help build the modern 1/350 scale version of this ship (still a WIP).

Being build straight out of the box without photoetch, this is still impressive especially for a kit that's almost 20 years old, the details are still spot on. I have the nimitz sister from Trumpeter the USS Theodore Roosevelt Cvn-71 i've had it for 3 years now but never worked on it. I am just getting back into the hobby and still wondering if i should build CVN-71 or my Magic Factory 1/700 USS Gerald R. Ford CVN-78.

Thank you so much, really appreciate the comment 😊. I tried doing the kit planes but making the Super Hornet with wingfold was so hard cause they're tiny.
I think either carrier would be great. I've seen some very impressive Gerald R Ford builds on here. All the best with your builds. Would love to see photos/videos when your done
