Adding lighting to the 1/350 Nimitz

Part 4 of my 1/350 Trumpeter USS Nimitz build. Installing the P.E. on the hull and deck from White Ensign and painting and weathering. The ship is such a beast. So easy to damage and bend the P.E. railings as it takes up so much room on my bench. I have straightened them out as best i can. Will be adding lights in the next video.

Having a break from building the 1/350 scale Nimitz, I got this awesome DCS module a few days ago and thought I'd attempt a carrier landing on the Forrestal. ...... Back to building the ship.

My build of the Trumpeter 1/700 scale USS Nimitz. I 3D scanned the parts of this model to help build the modern 1/350 scale version of this ship (still a WIP).

Part 3 of my USS Nimitz build. Redid the hangar bay walls with more detail. Scanned, upscaled and printed more parts from the 1/700 scale model. I have uploaded the 3d scans for the hangar walls to Thingiverse - www.thingiverse.com/thing:6552861/files

Starting the hangar build on the Nimitz. Again, with the Revopoint MIni, I"ve scanned the hangar parts from the 1/700 kit and upscaled to 1/350.
