This is such a beautiful majestic hymn of praise and triumph and it is played by a master organist who knows the importance of playing inspired hymns for Christians everywhere to sing.
Many thanks that Means allot! :-)
I can hear this hymn resounding when He comes in His Glory. :)
Absolutely Beautiful!
Glorifying Our Holy,
Righteous, Merciful,
Almighty GOD!
Ah yes, we sang this one at the advent service on Sunday evening. All you need now is a choir!
it makes me weep. so lovely. how it takes me back over many years.
Aww thanks!
one of my very best hymns...
such moving reflective words and music...
Great job Rob!!
As a choir member, I can say it would not only be difficult to sing that 'fast', but also it wouldn't really be luxuriating in the
magnificence and beauty of the text and the tune. . . . Of course we can all do it, whether to play or to sing fast, but in
fact the beauty comes out in the sound, and why would one want to hurry that along . . .
I love the organ playing, very nice, Thanks Be to God !

glory to god in the highest and peace to his people on earth.

RobCharles1981 . Hi Rob, Do you have any recording of you playing, How Sweet The Sound Of Jesus Sounds.
Hey Rob, my whole office loves hearing your music; (Hospice
chaplain) and part time organist and my church.
I expect you are a HYMN TUNE nut as myself; check out KINGSFOLD (Michael
TC Hey) and RUSTINGTON (Stephen Buzard); I would love to hear it on the All
Saints organ; I have been practicing both and they have become two of my
favorites. Thanks again.
Ile check them out sometime! :-)
Your Welcome! :o)
