Have you ever met someone who went to prison and has a felony on their record?
It is a life sentence. Wherever they go and try and get a job 9.9 times out of 10 that felony will either disqualify them on the company policy they’re applying for or the hiring managers will have looked the person up and thrown their application and resume in the trash.
This will happen the rest of their life. Even after they’ve served their debt to society in prison.

Not sure how various states divide their security levels in this case (as compared to Federal), but for LOW -security medical facilities with psychiatric services, it's not too bad - but crimes of that type would land a sane person in an analogous low-security prison regardless, so it's not really an upgrade there either.

Plus, I sincerely believe that she really didn't intend to kill him, but I also believe that she was doing more than just trying to get his plate number. Maybe scare him a bit or something, but, since he was driving the motorcycle doing real harm to him was way too much of a possibility. She should've just gotten the plate number, and then call the cops on him.

I was an inturn at the hospital in the schizophrenia/psychosis ward (in sweden), one time we followed one patient to the psychward for criminals (he was on the psychosis/scizoward mostly but since he was charged with a crime he hadto go talk to someone there, idk why), and we hadto wait outside, ppl who are in there don't get out easily like most ppl think, they can be there for years before getting realised. She ruthlessly murdered her mother and got away with it by playing the "im insane so I didn't do it" card.
And the court actually fell for it, 🤦‍♂️

If you're a biker, I wouldn't go kicking peoples cars, you might wind up under one.
