It's the seat! It's all in the seat! Theo sits in Peter's chair and does the usual dance of "I add the most value and I want a higher percentage" making a reverse-competitive offer
But he offered double the money - making his offer, proportionally, the best one there. There was no premium for "adding the most value".
It's so weird seeing one of these clips without Peter.

He would have asked for 15% and then went on about how great he is and talked about levi roots. His usual greedy tactics for the best possible deal.

Secured an investment complete with Touker's office spaces.
Can't understand why he refused Theo who was offering a much better rate at 10% for £50k than 8% for £25k.
From what he said, it was just the money. So, having more than a dragon on board would mean a lot to him and to his brand. Personally, I would have gone for theo's offer of 50k for 10%.
He wants the expertise of the 2 dragons, which to him, will bring more value in the end.
He was a fool😊plus Theo made the best original offer, then everyone else just matched him in terms of equity per £.😊

I mean, 8% is nothing compared to the added value two dragons give you, no sense in asking for more money when you dont really need it.
