I’m from the Interview With a Vampire era, had to stand and sit in line with my baby girl for the “Twilight” movies, except the first. I ALWAYS took her in opening night. So, SHE would love this as much as I do. I love it so much! She’s 25 and in her second year semester of nursing school with her first wedding anniversary coming up! This came out so perfect! The character your distressing gave that label was spot on! ♥️
Yah that vampire tumbler is definitely a keeper!!! Interview With A Vampire has to be one of the best movies of all time 💯💯💯 The true crime is so great for someone who’s into it. That beetle juice on the spinner looks amazing too. I never do much for Halloween but maybe it’s time to rethink it 👻 Thanks for sharing.. love them all! 🙌👌💯
Did you quite sometime ago do a Halloween cup with a glow powder and ghoul or ghosts. I’m asking because I loved that tutorial and I wanted to do that. If you did and could share that link again with me I would appreciate it. Thank you
I have to ask... did your epoxy adhere to the wax? I've used the same brand of wax and Couter Culture epoxy and the epoxy wants to pull away from the wax. I'm hoping I will have better luck with the second coat of epoxy. Have you used a tumbler with actual wax drips? I'm wondering if there would be issues with this wax/epoxy combo with use.
It did! I did put 2 coats on there. But at first it was not sticking all that well to the epoxy cup if that's what you mean. But once I covered it it isn't moving. I have not actually used because I am debating on whether I want to sell it or not 🤔🥴🙈
@@paxtonprojects I will put another coat of epoxy on tomorrow. I'm hopeful. I think I'll keep the one I'm working on to see how it holds up. I love this idea and I hope it works! Thanks for sharing it.
I love Halloween! I love both cups. The crime scene cup looks like they are cleaning up the crime scene. Like they are washing away the blood 🩸. The next one (my favorite) I think would look amazing as a matte cup too. It would just be a bit of a project making sure to work around the drips. They have to stay shiny. Finally I think to make spiders and jewels stand out more you could wait until the resin is sticky and immobile and press the spiders in to it. That way it is stuck, but not covered. Your other option is to take red, or maybe gunmetal paint and highlight the top of the spider to make it stand out.

This one didn't have glow powder but I do a Halloween themed tumbler about a year ago here is the link! th-cam.com/video/Ik2Ya7TWE8E/w-d-xo.html
