- A warm welcome to The Common Corner, a safe space for all of us°~♡
A chatty first video on my current 2024 Hobonichi Techo Avec system, how it was influenced by my first trial of the 2023 Jul-Dec book. What my pages look like, and thoughts on this practice.

Welcome to the hobo community. Well done, your planner is lovely, I'm envious of your writing. I look forward to your insights on the process of journaling your life. If you include any medical tidbits, that would be an added bonus (a passion of mine).
Thank you! Thank you. I hope to have your lovely self on this journey with me and this little community. I am on my fourth year of medical studies, and it is a big part of my life~ I will make sure to include some of the spreads in future videos for you! ~ :)

yoshitomo nara
Yes! Thank you~ one of my favorites, but the nerves from talking to a camera for the first time got the best of me... :)
I use my Cousin as a functional planner as well, but I try to make it look cute. I loved hearing your planning process!
Making it cute is all the fun! Im glad you are enjoying it :)
Your esthetic is absolutely lovely! 😍If you find the name of the artist that you talked about please let me know. I have seen it in other YT videos and I love it. ☺
Thank you so much! Yoshitomo Nara is the name of the artist, and the stickers are from Etsy (found by just typing in the artist's name!)~ Welcome to the Common Corner!💌
What year of med school are you in? How do you have time for movies, gaming, reading books, making videos, journalling, etc? Best of luck with your studies.❤️🇨🇦
Hello there~ thank you for tuning in! I am in 3rd year, and things are indeed starting to get quite tedious (In the UK, the degree is 5 years)~ I have been in academia for a while, so the skills for organising my time have developed slowly! The key is to get some productive hours in from about 9 to 5pm, and then make sure to have those hobbies be something I really enjoy. I will explore this in more detail though, in future videos~ thank you for the interesting question!💌 p.s. Let me know if you have any other queries, always happy to chat! :)
@@TheCommonCorner Time management is key and hobbies are good for your mental health. Looks like you’ve got it all under control! ❤️🇨🇦
the ruler icons at 21 mins are stencils, is that what you meant? Thank you for sharing, I love your channel!
Yes! Exactly that~ thank you heheh🥰
really interesting to see how you’re using the cousin :) can i ask what type of cover you’re using? apologies if i missed it in the video somewhere!
Apologies for the late reply! I use the Kokuyo SYSTEMIC Note Cover B5 Size in black~ hope this helps :) I do love it, and will be making an in depth review of my stationary in the upcoming weeks~ Stay tuned
What is brand of the black cover you use?
I purchased it on Amazon, the brand is Kokuyo, and this is the "Systemic Refillable Notebook Cover" in black. Highly recommend, it has been in use for 4 months now with no signs of wear!
Thats Kokuyo. An amazing, weirdly underrated on TH-cam, Japanese stationery brand
A luz está muito estourada, que pena😢
Vou tentar consertar para o próximo vídeo. Mas espero que você ainda goste, mesmo que todos os detalhes não estejam lá :)
Usei o Google tradutor, peço desculpas se houver erros!
it's a te-CHO, not te-ko. japanese doesn't follow the english sound where ch can be a k sound. it's cho like in chosen.
Hahah, I took this comment on board in my new video but I think I mispronounced it once again~ on a learning journey. Thank you for educating me!
