The way I see this V!Kaminari is that its the dark side of ADHD to a MAJOR extreme. Kind of like if he was undiagnosed and/or repressed which would’ve made a massive dent in his mental health(of course I don’t think everyone with ADHD undiagnosed act like this, I just looked into it since I know quite a few people with ADHD and Kaminari is commonly headcanoned to have it/I saw a few in the audio)
According to Mayo Clinic the symptoms are these:

Behavioral: aggression, excitability, fidgeting, hyperactivity, impulsivity, irritability, lack of restraint, or persistent repetition of words or actions
