Did you need to be some Tub Bracing system into the tub to support the rooftop tent on the Tray? I have a similar setup and just trying to research if I need to brace my tub for my RTT. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Gotta love Shaun, another awesome build that shows off his skills. Very impressive and thought out. The next Troopy will be next level! Thanks for the vid 👍
Hey mate great video as usual ! I really enjoy your format. Very passive and not all up in your face, makes your content stand out from the others. Im always keen for your next video Cheers matey 👍
Dude doesn't have children, obviously. I've got 3. No troopy, no hilux, but I DO have a 2003 Toyota Corolla. I don't know if I'll ever see my dream rig. Kind of demoralising seeing a dude with a troopy and a beast of a hilux. What did I do wrong in life?! Working for 30 years and not 2 cents to rub together.
Looks such such a fancy setup. I like the wooden bench top look. Has the hilux been regeared to compensate for the tyre size? It made a huge difference in mine, regained the fuel economy and the power back in the engine. Hands down best mod you can do to make the car more driveable.
That was great - can you tell me more about the water fixture you put on the outside of car pretty please. Like whats the actually fixture and also the fitting. I have a hiace with under body tank and this is what I need. Many thanks
It’s always a pleasure to see Shaun on the channel. Will need to visit mission 4x4 to see him in person
Awesome Setup. Quick Question, how does all of this keep within the GVM of 3050 without a GVM upgrade , surely this must weigh more than 3050kg,
Also, such a good canopy, looks like an Alu-cab? Why wasn’t it talked about?
Because apparently the build doesn't have a canopy
you gotta pay if you want your product talked about
Mint, I love tubs. Very cool with tub
Amazing rig. Nice to see alternative fitouts besides the usual box canopy approach.
How many hundred KG over GVM we talking here when loaded, 350 at least
Its heavy, still it can load 1000 kg, so maybe not.
Plus no steel tray so starts heaps lighter
Loaded with fuel and water it would definitely be overweight the rogue’s payload is just under 800kg
let your mate know kaon industries do wind deflectors for that cook top. saw it on another channel recently
But.....why 4Doors?maybe... 2doors are better for more usable space behind🤔
I imagine all that weight ruining the truck offroad. I put all my junk on the trailer and keep my fzj80 empty
I would really like to know how you mounted ipad mount 10:13
I enjoyed this episode because it seemed very natural Ronny well done

Hey Ronny, is that the Ute. Master canopy? With the gull wings?
Very cool informative vid. I have watched 3x times already planning for my impending Rogue delivery. 👍👍👍
hes got some great ideas and its a great showcase of his work, good attitude too.
Eww brotha eww haha. Great episode. Given me some ideas for my hilux
Hi Ronny I’m she looks very good where I can find the canopy
Nice. It's like 4wd art
Does he still have 6th though?
fj
Seems like a good fella.

Me rogoue hilux goes one step further with rino hide😂
Cool video teaser intro, do you release the intro early as a short?
What’s the arm rest product?
A few things i would do differently, but still, a very well set up and cool looking rig. Imo.
Well what color is your Bugatti?
Love the episode. Some great setup ideas . I ended up going with a TLX canopy for my sr5 mainly because I could design the fit out myself.
Looks such such a fancy setup. I like the wooden bench top look.

thanks for that video Ronny, so cool with your bro and so ineresting !
(eric from France)
Still has the nugget 2.8 motor. Needed the v6 out of the 300series.
Come on JEEP give Ronny a Jeep Gladiator to play with….
I hadn't even considered a canopy for my new rogue. Now I want one. Just got to find the right style.
Some quality looking drawers there
Fantastic episode, such a long time between drinks.
Shaun put a lot of thought into the build, great to see a tub being kitted out
But then theres no storage room left. Great, a kitchem in my storage area. :/
This video makes me want to spend lots of money on my Rouge 😅
he’s got such a sweet set up on his hilux. I didn’t know about the new 2.8 troopy. Ronny can you please do a review of the new troopy?
😂
💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾👍🏾
What tub canopy brand is this ?
What brand of canopy?
This is nice. Shame this will all go to shit when this heavy car is upside down in a ditch. Why not cook at home.
This set-up is very popular in SA
I miss the old modified music intro
Did I miss it? Love to know the brand of the utility hatch and hot water setup.
Mission 4x4
looked better standard
What canopy is that?
A nice, very well thought out set up. 👍
Sean is awesome such a comedian 😂😂😂

It’s on my website mission 4x4 👍🏾
@@mission4x4 thanks just looked - could not see the fittings. Wondering what you recommend? Or are they on your page as could not see them.
So the pantry needs an empty countertop to open it? Cmon this is silly
That’s easily solved by making the pantry the middle draw
Very good, a lot of useful ideas. Love the utility water ports. I wonder why he didn't mention the canopy is an Alu Cab
I now notice he didn't mention the brands for the tent, awning and shower cube. Wonder why
It’s not an alu cab canopy
It’s made by bush tech 👍🏾
@@dizi17there are plenty of things that brands weren't mentioned for. There's nothing interesting about an RTT and awning so nothing to talk about.
Cool due Cool car
Badass!!
❤❤❤
What a mint setup
What brand canopy does he have?
It’s made by bush tech canopies in South Africa but all the fitting accessories inside it , made by mission 4x4 in Perth
@@mission4x4 Cheers!
Stubby holders mate, stubby holders, where are your stubby holders? I want a stubby holder. JT from Kalamunda. 🙏😊🇦🇺
No induction?
Close to $2.5k to cook a meal....there are alternatives 😅
Where is Sean from ?
Australia
@@theseb1979 he has distinct accent, never heard it before in Australia that’s why I was wondering
@@lawleloDoes it matter? He seems pretty Aussie to me.
@@Hillbilly973 no it doesn’t, I study linguistics and wanted to define the accent or dialect he uses so I can recognize it, Nothing less nothing more.
@@lawlelo I think that’s his particular tone of voice, rather than accent.
I like the setup. Very practical.
2:24 so would this logic apply to the normal hilux by running -12 offset and a 2 inch lift you wouldn't rub on the boy mount
Troopies are amazing
I stumbled upon this channel by chance, and now it's my daily ritual. Who's with me? 🙌💯💯 ( 🍏!
