Paver Driveway and Apron Contractor

This video highlights a large scale hardscaping project including a concrete driveway apron entrance permitted and approved through Arlington County, VA, a paver driveway, paver walkway, stoop and step system, marble walkway, planter walls, drainage and grading work, and more. This is one of our favorite projects that we installed in a long time. It was a pleasure working with the client through the design phase, material selection, and the actual installation process. The entire project has a compacted gravel base of 6 inches, minimum 4 inches of 4000 psi concrete and 8" in some areas, wire and rebar reinforcement, footers for all walls and stoop system, and more for the bases.
On the front walkway, the natural stone used is tundra gray marble. Techo-bloc Blu 80 in Champlain Grey is installed on all the driveway and side walkway surfaces. A beautiful grey premium 2" thermal tread is used on wall steps and wall caps.

Looks amazing, when installing a concrete driveway in Arlington Va, would a permit also be required? This would be residential up to apron.
